To help us address your concern, please take note of the following:
- Study Submissions - For questions about specific submissions, please provide us the Study Code and the Response ID. (The Response ID is the numerical code in parenthesis next to the title of your submission in the Activity Dashboard).
- Payments - Check your Payment History to get the latest status of your payment. For questions about specific payments, please provide us the Study Code and the Payment Initiation Date, as shown on your Payment History.
- Technical Issues - Please provide us a detailed description of the technical issue. Please include the URL of the page you are viewing and any error messages you may have encountered. If possible, please provide a screen shot.
