mose254 since l finished my tasks on March, april upto date l have not yet paid. what is wrong, because am aware that l have provided payment method and details

Demetra If you received an email with the subject "Reward Message" which indicates you have won a reward, then click on the menu under your name, next click on "Payment History", then you should be able to see the study id, payment type, payment status, amount, reward date, and payment initiation date. Also, if you go back to the main dashboard, and click on "My Studies", you can see whether the study is Closed and under Final Review. If it has Final Review and payment type "None", that means the winners have not been determined yet. If it has Completed and payment type "None", that means you will not receive a reward. GOOD LUCK!
