Hi ,Anyone faced similar kind of issue when try to upload WO patent and language selection "English" .I have submitted one WO patent number which actually have around 20+pages ,but the AOP system auto pulled pdf file have only abstract info with 4 pages .there we do not have option to mark the claims.only contains table with patent version and licence information like that.is this bug ?
Would you have any example WO numbers where this has happened? In some cases the WO publication does not contain the full specification and a different family member may be a better choice to submit.
Yes, I have faced this issue. I resorted to loading the patent document pdf under "other", because the automatic loading did not work a couple of times
